Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities

On boarding Activities
  • Ensure completion of all joining formalities incorporation of complete individual data timely issuance of appointment letter generating employee code
  • Preparation of various types of standard letters employment letters etc

Employee Relationship/Engagement
  • Respond to operations and employee queries on various HR matters
  • Facilitate exit interviews and revert to business with feedback and action plan
Performance Management
  • Provide backup coverage to and assist the business process owner in the development of various programs plans and procedures
  • Driving completion of Objective Setting / SelfAssessment / Feedback
  • Driving the entire PM process which includes employee validation feedback discussions ratings and promotion discussions with the leads
  • Sharing inputs to senior management for employee s promotions
  • Communicate policies and processes to employees

Communication Processes & Procedures
  • Handle confirmations promotions transfers and redeployment procedures
  • Handle headcount and attrition reporting
  • Handle absconding and related procedures with immediate attention
  • Handle both voluntary and involuntary exits from organization

Off Boarding Formalities
  • Ensure completion of all exit formalities till the full and final settlement It includes ensuring clearance from all concerned departments through online email id deactivation conducting exit interviews taking feedback issuing relieving letters

HR Reports
  • Preparing the MIS report every month which includes headcount new hires & separations during the month recruitment trainings undergone and employee engagement activities
  • Generate reports for leave record In and out reports as and when required
  • Preparing weekly HR reports & monthly headcount status
  • Preparing of Adhoc and miscellaneous reporting

HR Operations
  • Responsible for handling the overall HR operations
  • Experience in setting up office in the USA incorporation process and documentation
  • Accountable for handling petty cash and monthly payments to office support staff
Soft Skill Development for Employees
  • Implement functional and behavioral training and programs
  • Training for ability to work in a team
  • Training on do s and dont s of conflict resolution
  • Identify and assess training needs within a company
  • Facilitate training to employees for specific jobs
  • Develop organize conduct and evaluate training programs
  • Conduct orientation sessions to assess level of skills
