Vacation Specialists should keep abreast of the latest trends in travel as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and client service skills.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach

- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

- Interest in the travel industry and a love of travel

- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively

- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and varying work schedules to assist clients

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide efficient solutions in stressful situations
