We are hiring Business Development Team Leader or one of Future Group subsidiaries

Job Brief 
As the Business Development Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of business development professionals and driving the growth and expansion of our business

Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage a team of business development professionals providing guidance support and mentorship to help them achieve their targets and objectives
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research networking and lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine business development strategies
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities performance metrics and achievements to senior management
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments emerging technologies and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the business development team members
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture promoting a highperformance mindset and maintaining a motivating work environment

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline 
  • Minimum of years of experience in BB sales 
  • Proven leadership experience 
  • International markets exposure is a huge plus 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Advance knowledge in Email marketing 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities with the capacity to identify opportunities solve problems and make datadriven decisions
  • Proactive and selfmotivated mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and close deals
