This is a remote position.
To maximize effectiveness, the Event Specialist role directly ensures outstanding, personalized experiences for our esteemed clientele through guest communication and reservation support.
**Responsibilities and Tasks:**
1. Managing incoming reservation inquiries and concierge service requests.
2. Engaging with guests through phone, email, and various communication platforms.
3. Nurturing partnerships with external associates.
4. Onboarding new properties and discontinuing those previously managed.
5. Crafting villa listings across multiple booking platforms.
6. Delivering exceptional support and service to prospective, current, and prospective clients.
7. Acting as a liaison between our clients and the team to guarantee client satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
1. Prior experience in sales.
2. Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication, including grammar.
3. Background in the hospitality industry.
4. Rapid responsiveness.
5. Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly and troubleshoot common issues.
