This busy setting in Haywards Heath are looking for an experienced and passionate senior Nursery Professional for a senior role as Third in Charge. The role will entail working as part of the management team, overseeing the curriculum within the setting and supporting the teams in delivery of this. A salary being offered is based on a 40 hr week, either 4 or 5 day shifts c 28k plus benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
