Purpose of Role

With oversight of B2B marketing strategy and efforts for Latin America. The B2B Sr. Marketing Manager will develop and execute the marketing plan to drive Collinson awareness as well as enable the sales team to generate leads for current products and new value propositions. Reporting to the Regional Marketing VP in our Plano, TX office, this person will also work closely with the UK Marketing Team, Regional Business Development and Partnerships teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an in-depth understanding of our B2B target segments; utilizing that understanding to craft messaging, call to action, and collateral to facilitate lead generation and awareness campaigns.
  • Develop marketing communication and demand generation materials for multichannel distribution, including sales collateral, email, web, social, webinars, conference materials, sales decks, white papers, e-books.
  • Lead and develop Account-based marketing programs to expand portfolio of products and services for new clients.
  • Optimize B2B marketing campaigns, through tracking and analyzing performance, to reach key segments and nurture leads towards conversion.
  • In coordination with global and regional partnerships team, develop and execute the marketing plan for Lounge partners, including communication materials, lounge of the year awards, partner satisfaction survey, and media amplification.
  • Work with internal and external creative resources to create and execute multichannel marketing communications.
  • Follow competition and market trends, with focus on the Mexico, Brazil, Colombia & Per , but also at a regional level to develop internal recommendations.
  • Participate in pitching processes to reinforce value proposition and support the business development, including new product verticals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 8+ years experience in B2B marketing and Travel or Financial Services background preferred
  • Salesforce, Pardot, CRM and account-based marketing (ABM) experience
  • Creativity and passion, with a desire to innovate and transform marketing practices and strategy to drive business growth
  • Experience and comfort working directly with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines
  • Understanding or experience of working in a business with multi-functional teams
  • Strong writing skills and ability to produce high quality business recommendations
  • Business experience in Latin America
  • Fluent, bi-lingual (English and Spanish), Portuguese is a plus
