This is a nationwide role, working away regularly.

We are looking for a versatile individual, someone with a passion for joinery.

We are looking to employ a dedicated joiner to complete installations and supervise the sub-contractors. Duties will include ordering supplies, scheduling, equipment maintenance as needed, and training new employees.

You should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. You should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrating management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Be experienced in installations and building works.
  
• Able to make sound judgements, find solutions to complex issues and problems, and identify and manage risk.
  
• CSCS card.
  
• A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites and offices across all regions.
  
• Must be able to submit presentable and accurate paperwork including information as per requirements of the contract to establish works are carried out and coding costing information is obtained.
  
• Preferred experience working as a site supervisor.
  
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
  
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  
• The ability to interpret blueprints.
  
• Committed to accuracy and attention to detail, getting it right first time.
  
• Ability to understand the client s perspective and needs.
  
• Be able to liaise and communicate effectively with the client and all stakeholders.
  
• Friendly, approachable, and articulate.
  
• Must be able to work as part of a small, close, and productive team.
