Our client in Cobham is looking for an experienced room leader in their growing nursery, offering a fantastic salary c 28k plus, dep on experience together with loads of great benefits, and opportunities for progression with this expanding provider.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
