Do you live near Berkhamsted? Are you a level 3 or above passionate Nursery Practitioner, looking for a new challenge, with a great salary and mega benefits, then this role could be for you. Our client, part of a small well established group are seeking new team based on a 40 hr working week, with salaries c 25k depending on experience and benefits including Childcare Staff Discounts of 50%, Xmas break plus 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and lots more. Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 1 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Can inspire, energise and support others
A genuine passion to make a difference
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
