Maintains & organize customer interaction records by updating account information and using internal tools & technologies.
Follow WebBees standard communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and escalate the queries to CSM for further follow-ups.
Experience 2+ years experience in IT / Internet Industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with US geography & SaaS is a plus.
