Role: Escalation Manager
Location: Chennai
How you will contribute
Monitor and act on any / all major incidents.
Arrange solutions based on the given knowledge.
Constant connect with the stakeholders and keep the communication active
Ensure adherence to the set process and procedures.
Floor management with key operations.
Attend calls with stakeholders and record as advised.
Conduct internal WAR ROOM
Document the routine activity with key observations.
Prepare knowledge bank.
Prepare reports.
What will make you successful
ITIL 4 Certified.
Communication in English (EU Standards - level C1 is expected.)
Ability to communicate in a multi-cultural environment (Previous exposure to work in multi-lingual environment shall be an added advantage).
Good technical understanding of complex IT landscapes. Must have worked in a project with large IT infrastructure (should have monitored and been an active participant in complex issues related to servers)
Shall possess multiple monitoring tools know how. Hands on experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure 100% availability.
Self-driven, Self-motivated, and self-organized team-player.
Ability to abstract the incident and problem situation; ability to research and investigate the reported incident and ability to record the data for interpretation of the problem.
Must be able to have good presentation skills.
Open to work in shift operations.
