About Our Client
Our client is a wellestablished Home in Glasgow specializing in providing exceptional nursing care for individuals with complex medical needs The dedicated and trained staff deliver hour nursing dementia care ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for residents
Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing highquality care to residents Your responsibilities will include
- Conducting nursing assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care
- Monitoring and evaluating residents health and wellbeing
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid nursing qualification and registration (NMC) or awaiting for NMC PIN
- Previous experience in nursing preferably in a care home setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
