Bookkeeper / Controller Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in a similar role with a minimum volume of $25M
- A Bachelors's degree in Business or Accounting
- A stable job history with a minimum of 2 years tenure in previous roles
- Hospitality accounting experience is needed, and restaurant operations experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with cloud-based Restaurant365 is highly preferred
- Experience with Aloha point-of-sale is needed
- CPA not required
- Daily cash receipts, cash disbursements, general accounting transactions, and project accounting
- Input and reconcile weekly payroll wages & tips allocation
- Preparation of monthly/annual financial statements and audits
- Work closely with the CEO to set and manage venue and project budgets
