Internal:

Fully in office with up to 20% domestic travel

Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM EST, with additional support as needed and possible occasional overnight for travel.

Position Summary

Manager Network Engineer, Colleague & Business Services. In this role, the candidate will make an impact by the following:

Support audiovisual needs for the Executive Leadership Team and all other internal AV support.

Produce meetings using the control room or mobile equipment which includes changing camera shots and microphone settings during the meeting

Utilize Microsoft Teams and monitoring the lobby, moving people within the lobby, and managing the rooms. Changing presentations and playing videos during the meeting

Manage contracts and/or vendors for events

Utilize Cisco and/or Microsoft collaboration technologies including WebEx and/or Teams

Characteristics of the role:

Collaboration: Previous experience in building relationships with key stakeholders to understand technology solution requirements and process improvement opportunities. Comfortable working across multiple levels to ensure success.

Communication: Comfortable working, supporting and communicating with all levels of the organization (previous experience engaging with CEO, CIO, and CFO levels) in a high stress environment

Strategic Mindset: Proven success supporting high level/high stress meetings and events from design concept and planning through completion.



Required Qualifications

5+ years experience supporting executive level audio visual events/meetings

5+ years of technical experience with AV technologies, including setup and troubleshooting of equipment

5+ years of experience with Office 365 and Microsoft apps (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications
Executive level support experience

Comprehensive knowledge of audiovisual equipment, control systems, including Vaddio, Shure, Biamp,


Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
