Job Description

Job Title: SAP S/4 EAM Functional Analyst - Deployment Specialist

Location: Remote plus 50% or more travel with preferable base location near the sites (North America)

Travel: Role will be based in your current domiciled location. Travel to Atlanta and Mills/Plants may be required as needed to support the local deployment activities.

Visa: No H1B OPT/CPT

Exp Required: 7+ years of profiles

Position Overview:
The Site Process Consultant is responsible for supporting testing, training, and deploying the new business system and processes for functional level business processes.
An ideal candidate will be someone who has worked as Deployment specialist or Power User for a Mill and Plant Operations functions for S/4HANA Deployment across various Sites in North America
Function Specific Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Understanding of Acquire to Retire processes for Plant and Mill operations.
The role will participate and lead testing, training, and implementation at all Mills, Plants, and relevant Business Unit facilities for their process area.
The role will work with the change management team on the deployment and training to the Supply Chain organizations worldwide.
The lead will have experience and expertise in and understanding ERP or MES Deployment. (e.g., SAP, Panther, Kiwi, or Radius)
The role will deploy the respective solution of their process area comprising of fully integrated SAP systems and business process across the Supply Chain networks. This works includes testing, training, deployment and hyper care supporting all Mils, Plants, and related operations.
This role will be responsible for testing and training activities across workstreams.
Job Requirements:
Functional Skills and Knowledge:
The role will require Supply Chain expertise in one or more of the functional workstreams, understanding of Supply Chain and WestRock processes and personnel, appropriate communication skills, and the ability to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with a full life cycle ERP or MES Implementation
Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Years of Experience: 5-7 years of diversified business process and operational knowledge
Travel: Role will be based in your current domiciled location. Travel to Atlanta and Mills/Plants may be required as needed to support the local deployment activities.
