Job Description
TITLE-Sr. Consultant PEGA BA
LOCATION-Trenton, NJ PA, NY City (Hybrid)
DURATION-12+MONTHS
CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO NJ, PA, NY
IMP SKILLS-
- Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. Required.
- Overall IT experience: 4 + yrs. Required.
- Experience as a business analyst on Pega projects. Required. 4 yrs.
- Business processes re-engineering experience for PEGA projects. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience in SCRUM/Agile methodology processes and best practice knowledge. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes and workflows and implementing them using PEGA. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience with requirements gathering via diverse means (e.g., interviews, observation, surveys, existing documentation. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience creating storyboards, screens mockups, wireframes in Adobe XD or other mockup software. Required. 4 yrs
- Experience performing user acceptance and regression testing of PEGA based applications. Required. 4 yrs.
- Excellent documentation skills including creation of release notes and training presentations. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience working with end users to analyze reported issues and resolve them. Required. 4 yrs.
