AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction from posted rate for those who reside within 50 miles of facility). To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload.
Unit Size: 20 beds
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving (including Friday and weekend after) AND Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. Thanks!
8hrs non-billable orientation
Call-Back (if applicable), Holiday and OT multipliers - 1.25%
Requirement description : TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO PCU AS NEEDED!!
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, ACLS, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Massachusetts
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MA license MUST be in-hand. Facility will not pend license. No exceptions.
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
