 Oracle EBS Functional Analyst % Remote Secret Clearance

GovFirst is actively assisting our client with the search for an Oracle EBS Functional Analyst requiring a DoD Secret Clearance or higher Our client a boutique consulting firm specializes in leveraging unique skill sets to address complex federal financial processes IT systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

What Will You Do

Responsibilities

•  Analyze business/functional capabilities
  
• Create and update functional design specifications for new or enhanced functionality
  
• Document process flows and support Program Management Office functions
  
• Maintain and update Oracle EBS application configurations
  
• Develop use cases test scenarios and test scripts
  
• Conduct unit integration and user acceptance testing
  
• Develop and update enduser training materials for new or enhanced functionality
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues/tickets
  

Requirements

• US Citizenship
  
• Secret Clearance or higher
  
• Minimum three years of experience in Oracle EBS Rx and RICEW (Forms Reports Interfaces Customizations Extensions Workflows) objects
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to prepare status reports and project briefings for senior clients and project leadership
  

Specific Qualifications (Candidates must meet either of the following)

·         OrdertoCash (OC) Focus

o   Experience with OC capabilities including Project Contracting Project Budgeting Project Costing and Receivables modules

·         BudgettoReport (BR) Focus

o   Experience with BR capabilities focusing on Federal Administrator General Ledger and Financials modules

Desired Skills

• Experience with Procure to Pay processes
  
• Familiarity with Standard Line of Accounting (SLOA) and Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS)
