Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to optimize our marketing campaigns

·       Conduct predictive analytics to uncover patterns trends and actionable insights from marketing data

·       Leverage predictive analytics to forecast trends and customer behavior Collect analyze and interpret large sets of digital marketing data from various sources including web analytics social media platforms ad campaigns and customer databases

·       Analyze segmentation lifetime value and churn analysis to support datadriven decisionmaking in marketing initiatives

·       Develop and maintain performance dashboards visualizations and reporting systems to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders

·       Use Python or R for data analysis and manipulation

·       Query databases using SQL to extract valuable information

·       Create compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio

·       Provide strategic guidance and datadriven recommendations to enhance campaign performance optimize marketing strategies and improve customer targeting

·       Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing managers data analysts and IT professionals to ensure data integrity and implement datadriven strategies

·       Stay updated with industry trends emerging tools and techniques in digital marketing analytics and data science and recommend their adoption where relevant

·       Identify opportunities to leverage data automation and machine learning to streamline marketing processes and drive operational efficiencies

·       Collaborate with external vendors or partners as needed to leverage their data capabilities and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

·       Conduct adhoc data analysis and support marketing experiments to measure the impact of various initiatives and assess their ROI

·       Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling and protection

Qualifications

·       A PhD in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field or a Master s degree

·       Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing analysis

·       Expertise in statistical modeling machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics

·       Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation

·       Experience with SQL and data querying from databases

·       Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio

·       Indepth understanding of digital marketing concepts strategies and platforms

·       Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical findings to nontechnical stakeholders

·       Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment managing multiple projects simultaneously

·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality

·       Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus

·       Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is desirable
