Role: Warranty Management Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- Candidate should have expertise in following areas (MC-4 or SME level)
- Master Warranty definition pertaining to Technical Objects
- Calendar-Based & Performance-Based Warranty Alerts
- Customer/Vendor Contracts, and Over & Above agreements
- Different Warranty Types Repair, Replacement, Etc.
- Warranty Claims Processing leading to Vendor Invoicing and Customer Billing
- Should be able to lead design discussions with client SMEs and other stakeholders
- Should have experience writing detailed Design/Build documents within the Workstream
- Configuration Rationale Documents
- Functional Specifications
- Test Scripts, etc.
