Job Description
Title: Instructional Technologist
Contract Duration: 12 months with potential for extension
Location: 100% remote
Visa Restrictions: None (however H1Bs must be held by your firm)
Top 3 Must Have Skills:
- 15+ years total Learning & Development experience, with experience ADDIE, SAM, ILT, VILT and using Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate360.
- Strong experience around instructional design.
- Experience developing courseware and training solutions.
Position Description:
The Instructional Technologist will be accountable for the design, development, maintenance, and
evaluation of educational materials. They will also be responsible for finalizing a leadership program in
partnership with facilitator to pilot the program in early 2024.

What You'll Get to Do:
Partner with leader on any change related training materials as needed to support
transformational change initiatives, updating old content, or converting to online content.
Create online (asynchronous) and/or maintain online courses.
Conduct training needs analyses to define instructional objectives.
Develop storyboards for technology-based learning solutions.
Recommend training solutions using a variety of learning modalities (classroom, virtual, online)
to achieve desired behavior changes, skill building, and development transfer strategies.
You'll Bring these Qualifications:
15 years of design experience on an L&D team.
Instructional design experience on ADDIE, Sam, ILT, and VILT.
Instructional technology expertise to create online (asynchronous) and/or maintain online
courses.
Knowledge of Captivate and/or Articulate360.
Experience developing storyboards for technology-based learning solutions.
Ability to recommend training solutions using a variety of learning modalities (classroom, virtual,
online) to achieve desired behavior changes, skill building/development transfer strategies.
Understanding of adult learning principles and conducting training needs analyses to define
instructional objectives.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Experience working with SharePoint.
Experience designing and developing learning sites highly desired
