Job Responsibilities

) Identify and research potential clients & develop and maintain client relationships

) Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals

) Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

) Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

) Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

) Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals

Job Requirements

) Applicant should be accommodated in KSA and has the nationality

) years of experience in Business Development field

) Working in a Recruitment Agency/ HR Consultancy is a plus

) Excellent English & Arabic verbal & written skills
