In an ongoing commitment to quality and growth Gravita is seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to join our teamThe Resource Manager will ensure that optimal resourcing decisions are made balancing timelines around client deliverables with available resources and skill sets They will be responsible for allocating resources to client work/projects identifying over or undercapacity in resourcing and taking necessary steps to balance the supply and demand of resources
