What is in it for you:
Salary of $25/h
6 months contract, on site position
Fulltime schedule 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relationships across all stakeholders in the account.
Act as main customer contact demonstrating ability to use customer satisfaction strategies and processes.
Articulate Xerox offerings to customer describing benefit and value.
Manage various internal processes.
Adhere to SLA requirements within the site.
Develop strong knowledge of the client s business needs and disseminate this information to account team to create winning value propositions for the client and Xerox.
Responsible for carrying out day-to-day operations of account with limited supervision.
Conducts on-the-job training for new Account Associates.
Assists Operations Manager and/or Business Manager in providing feedback regarding workgroup performance, issues, and concerns.
Resolve escalated customer concerns regarding any production or site issues.
Prioritize and schedule requests from multiple customers with the ability to determine the best solution based on the service offerings.
Works with Account Operations Manager and/or Business Manager to implementing account-based actions and recommendations as prescribed by Business Operations and Delivery departments.
Act as a back-up for functions in print, mail, records, reception as required.
Support internal control processes to meet audit requirements.
Develop knowledge of people management skills including performance management steps and process, evaluating team performance and developing action plans, Human Resources policies, people development
Participate in the recruitment of site staff when required to support growth.

What you need to succeed:
Minimum Associate Degree / College Diploma /Cegep / A Levels or business equivalent
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve excellent customer and employee satisfaction.
Formal or informal team leadership experience.
Must have sound people skills, dealing with employees and clients face-to-face, by phone and by email communications.
Client relationship development experience to build and maintain effective relationships and resolve concerns at the site level.
Experience in a print production environment an asset
Project Management skills, negotiation skills and leadership skills to coach, train, and mentor workgroup employees
Basic Accounting knowledge
Profit focused and accountable for results, business and financial acumen an asset.
Developing familiarity in GDO offerings and business processes at both site and head office.
Good planning and organizing skills, superior written and verbal skills and good problem solving and financial skills
Self-initiative and results orientation
Good systems understanding or networked document solutions (i.e. electronic print on demand, internet solutions)
