Senior Technician (System Administrator)
- Working Location: Naples, Italy
- Security Clearance: NATO Secret
- Language: High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
2+ years recent experience performing system administration in a Windows Environment and E-Policy Orchestrator Suite
2+ years experience with Windows Server system administration and GPO Management and Patch Management
DUTIES/ROLE:
Installs and maintains the baseline of computing, storage and networking platforms required for the core and functional IT services and applications
Installs and maintains E-Policy Orchestrator Suite
Installs and maintains Group Policies
Administers and maintains virtual infrastructure environment as well as virtual desktop infrastructure
Contributes to Level 1 and Level 2 Incident Management support
Contributes to Problem Management and Change Management
Manage the local deployment of protection system to include firewall, antivirus, IT security policies as directed
Contributes to the production and maintenance of technical documentation of IT Systems
Contribute to implement Cyber Security Policies and provide support during investigations
Perform other duties within the NCI Agencys area of business as may be required
