Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant to support our Sales Director The ideal candidate will be able to streamline administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations while providing highlevel support to the Sales Director

This role requires multitasking across an array of responsibilities including scheduling meetings managing correspondence coordinating travel arrangements and preparing and editing documents and presentations for meetings

You will be reporting to the Sales Director with the opportunity for career development and continuous learning within the company

MAIN DUTIES

  • Manage and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the Sales Director
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications and correspondences
  • Prepare and edit reports presentations and minutes of meetings
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events
  • Maintain confidential files and records

This list is nonexhaustive other duties may be added as need arises

Who were looking for

This role is ideally suited to a proactive organized and detailoriented individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills We need someone with excellent time management skills the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and the capability to work well in a dynamic fastpaced environment

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years experience as a Personal Assistant ideally in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
  • We require someone who has worked with Salesforce previously!
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
