Job Purpose
Provide a professional service to all internal and external customers of the Bank to ensure that the daytoday processing of the Banks Data is completed with accuracy and in an efficient manner
Responsibilities Accountabilities & Deliverables
Manage the input of Client Data into ABCIB Systems (including Client Master TI Urbis)
Ensure accuracy of processed data
Ensuring all appropriate documentation and KYC requirements are in place by liaising with the Account Officer and Compliance
Liaise with Finance to agree coding for regulatory returns
Allocate Customer Service Numbers & client numbers and advise appropriate departments
Setup of Account Data into ABCIB Systems (TI and Urbis)
Performing and oversight of Reconciliations
Daily/Monthly Nostro Reconciliation workflow signoff
Daily production of MI reporting / escalation of outstanding items
Monthly production of KRIs
Performing quality assurance testing and oversight of the service performed by the Service Provider
Suspense Accounts Responsible for ensuring that all active suspense accounts are signedoff by the designated owner on a monthly basis and sending the completed declarations to the Head of Finance
Stock/ Security Accounts Monthly reconciliation of all ABCIB London security positions held at our depositories against our internal records
Broker invoice reconciliation
Front to Back office trade reconciliation
Assist with Trade & Transaction Report submission via TRAX (EMIR MiFIDII and SFTR reporting)
