Job Description
Department seton
Shift Timings Hours Monday to Friday days hour shift
Per Week Hours
Hospital unit Seton Unit descriptions bed surgical/med surg unit Nurse to patient ratios Patient population general surgery postops and medsurg # beds per unit Other staff/resources on the unit LPN/PCT/Unit Secretary Certifications required per unit BLS ACLS(preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
