**Responsibilities**



**Client Consultation**

   Conduct consultations with clients to understand their interest in crosscultural experiences travel preferences and objectives

   Provide expert advice on destinations that offer rich cultural immersion opportunities


**CrossCultural Knowledge**

   Stay updated on global cultural events festivals traditions and etiquette

   Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to effectively guide clients in their crosscultural travel selections


**Booking and Reservation**

   Utilize reservation systems and travel booking platforms to secure bookings process payments and confirm all relevant details

   Stay informed about travel promotions discounts and exclusive offers that align with crosscultural travel interests


**Customized Itinerary Planning**

   Work closely with clients to create personalized travel itineraries that focus on cultural immersion authentic experiences and connections with local communities

   Provide recommendations for accommodations activities dining options and cultural events


**Communication and FollowUp**

   Communicate with clients through various channels including phone email and chat ensuring clear and timely information

   Follow up with clients to provide updates gather additional preferences and ensure satisfaction with the travel planning process


**Cultural Sensitivity**

   Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in all interactions considering diverse customs traditions and expectations

   Provide guidance to clients on respectful and responsible travel practices


**Problem Resolution**

   Address and resolve client concerns inquiries or issues related to travel reservations ensuring a positive and culturally enriching customer experience


**Documentation and Record Keeping**

   Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions reservations and payment transactions

   Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies


**Remote Collaboration**

   Collaborate with remote team members supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery



Requirements

**Qualifications**



High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Travel and Tourism is a plus


Passion for crosscultural experiences and a deep understanding of cultural diversity


Proficiency in reservation systems and travel booking platforms


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote customer interactions


Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally and 

efficiently


Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in travel planning and documentation


Familiarity with data protection regulations and ethical business practices


Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment


Flexibility to adapt to changing travel itineraries cultural events and client preferences
