**Role Overview**

     As a Remote Travel Designer you will be responsible for curating bespoke travel itineraries ensuring each journey is unique and exceeds the expectations of our discerning clientele Operating in a remote capacity you will have the flexibility to utilize your creativity and expertise in crafting dream vacations while working collaboratively with our team

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Consultation** Engage with clients remotely to understand their travel preferences interests and expectations for their upcoming journeys

**Itinerary Creation** Utilize your travel expertise to design customized travel itineraries incorporating accommodations transportation activities and unique experiences tailored to individual client needs

**Destination Knowledge** Stay informed about global travel trends emerging destinations and cultural highlights to provide clients with wellinformed and uptodate recommendations

**Vendor Collaboration** Build and maintain relationships with hotels tour operators and other service providers to secure the best rates and exclusive offerings for our clients

**Budget Management** Work within client budgets to create costeffective yet highquality travel experiences ensuring value for money

**Client Communication** Maintain open and regular communication with clients throughout the planning process providing updates addressing concerns and incorporating feedback

**Documentation Assistance** Guide clients through the process of obtaining necessary travel documents including passports visas and any required permits

**Qualifications**

Bachelors degree in hospitality tourism business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is advantageous but not required

Experience as a travel designer or in a related role is advantageous

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail

Proficient in travel planning software and online booking platforms

Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
