Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion 

A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp buyer behavior trends and generate creative ideas You should also be wellversed in specialized marketing concepts principles and tactics 

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth

 Responsibilities 

• Conduct market research to find answers about buyer requirements habits and trends 
  
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns 
  
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization advertising events planning etc) 
  
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts 
  
• Support execution of  initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (website social media email etc) 
  
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results conversion rates traffic etc) to help shape future marketing strategies 
  
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

• Be familiar with and update the website with provided content

1. Webinars Podcasts Forums and other live events 
   

• Moderate webinars by recording webinars and monitor the chat room during presentation
  
• Understand and participate in the webinar forums LinkedIn lives podcast processes and manage pre and post webinar tasks 
  

1. Effective Approach to Work Reporting and Communication 
   

• Communicate critical items real time  
  
• Engage broad teams (engineering sales project management leadership) frequently to build relationships 
  

• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role 
  
• A creative mindset and a genuine passion for marketing 
  
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content 
  
• Assist in planning coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms 
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaign implementation 
  
• Participate in market research activities to gather insights that contribute to our marketing strategies 
  
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials including content presentations and collateral 
  
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and activities 
  
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

• BSc/BA in marketing communications or equivalent
  
• Solid computer skills including MS Office marketing software (Zoho Suite) WordPress and applications (Web analytics Google Adwords etc)
