Front of House Manager Leading Leisure Entertainment Brand

The Company

We are so excited to be recruiting a Front of House Manager for a leading leisure entertainment operator for their site based in North London

As a Front of House Manager you will be responsible for the team delivering the on site experience and responsible for the guest journey from arrival to departure A big part of this role will have focus on sales this will be conversion from leads into guests having an incredible experience at the venue This is a hands on role in a face paced environment and they are looking for an enthusiastic person to join their team As the face of the business you need to be calm and approachable and also able to act quickly and effectively

The Job

  • Ensure guests have maximum opportunities to enjoy their activity
  • Staff training to deliver professional fun confident positive and safe interactions with both adults and youngsters
  • Incoming party sales lead conversion
  • Ensuring brilliant basics of safety cleaning and venue presentation
  • Main point of contact for guest enquiries via phone & email
  • Organisation of stock to ensure full availability at all times
  • Shift Patterns Opening and closing of the facility and you will be required to work weekends as part of the role

Requirements

  • Friendly & enthusiastic character
  • At least years experience in a leadership role
  • Great customer service & a passion for people
  • Sales Experience
  • Excellent IT and written skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
