Weare looking for a driven passionate individual for our Assistant Manager roleat a Brand New Fitness Club opening in Northwhich Cheshire This is a veryexciting opportunity for an individual with sales and management experiencewith a background within fitness and personal training

This roleis a fantastic opportunity to work for a brand new fitness club soon to belaunching in Northwhich Cheshire The company began in and is the worldslargest and fastest growing fitness franchise The brand new club is dueto provide stateoftheart facilities full range of functional free weightssquat rack functional training facility a group fitness studio a dedicatedspin studio small personal training area premium changing facilitiesparking facilities and much more

You musthave the experience energy and enthusiasm to assist in the management ofdaytoday operations of a busy Health Club plus a proven track record in thefitness or retail industry You will be responsible for assisting the ClubManager in the general running of all aspects of the club with specificemphasis on the sale of new memberships ensuring all members are having agreat experience management of staff and contractors plus health and safetyrequirements This role would be a great fit for someone withSales/Membership experience management experience and a background withinFitness/Personal Training

This rolewill include the following

• Membership PreSales & Retention
• Driving club growth through quality membership sales
• Increasing member retention through member engagement
• Local area marketing planning execution and outreach
• Generation of community focused initiatives
• Club operations and presentation
• Maintaining club presentation to the highest possible standard
• Maintaining equipment functionality and servicing
• Management of Personal Trainers & Group Fitness instructors
• Assistance in marketing and development of personal trainers
• Maintenance of weekly Group Fitness timetable
