Production Manager (Die Cutting) Urgently Hiring!!!
Summary:
Oversee the Die Cutting Production team throughout each shift to maintain goals and achieve production quality. This role is intended for someone who will be looking for long-term placement and a desire to move up into higher positions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with schedulers
- Approve job layouts
- Work closely with Operators
- Review and relay all job information to operators
- Assist operators and give direction
- Work closely with Management team
- Attend required meetings
- Collect data and performance reports
- Approve die cutting and stamping as needed
- Monitor equipment
- Communicate frequently with team
- Monitor overtime hours
- Monitor purchases and budgets
- Monitor maintenance and preventative maintenance
- Work with Management and HR for any employee-related issues
- Enforce policies and standards
- Monitor materials and equipment in production
- Scheduling
- Off-site job approvals as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Motivated team leader
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills
- Respectful with team
- Ability to do basic mathematical calculations
Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual English/Spanish
- Previous experience as an Operator
- MUST have experience with Die Printing and Cutting
Salary:
- $70,000-$80,000 annually
