Are you someone with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills Are you proactive and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a cando approach We are looking for someone to join us on a month fixed term contract and help the credit team at Gravita to resolve key customer account issues

You will be joining a rapidly expanding top tech enabled challenger firm on its mission to become the number one player for the SME market As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for assisting in the effective cash collection and management of all credit accounts within our agreed company credit Policy

To be successful youll likely have experience in the following

• Experience of working to targets/deadlines

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills

• Ability to work under minimum supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong capabilities within Excel

• Strong communication & organisational skills

• Methodical logical and possess excellent attention to detail

• Experience in customer service phone calls

What youll be doing

• Cash collection

• Managing accounts within agreed limits and payment terms

• Cash allocation

• Account reconciliations

• Ledger maintenance

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieving monthly targets

• Customer query management

• Liaising with other Departments to ensure efficient order flow

The Nitty Gritty

Our standard working week is a hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to % of your time across the month home based and the other % office based)

Core working hours are am pm Monday to Friday
