research Your research group will invent and develop new artificial intelligence algorithms that integrate disparate sources of data You will lead the development of models that improve provider and travelbrecosystembr Identify and analyze key business metrics to uncover reasons for success and reasons for obstacles and deliver needed development process enhancementsbr Manage the development team to architect and develop AI capabilities within thebrorganisationsbr Develop and maintain standards for code development and engineering performancebrmeasurement defining and implementing overall KPIs and management systemsbr Recruit train and manage a worldclass AI technology teambr Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation maintaining knowledge ofbrcurrent and emerging AI
