We need an upscale casual or fast-casual Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager with a people-first and hands-on management style.

- $3+ Million revenue experience
- Good tenure with former employment
- Strong culinary skills, including fabricating meat and seafood
- Successful financial management skills
- Proven ability to develop a kitchen team
