Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Communications Consultant (m/f/d) focusing on UX and website projects for our digital consultancy in Berlin. Within an interdisciplinary project team, you will be responsible for developing digital corporate websites and products, starting from ideation through strategy to implementation. You possess a deep understanding of agency workflows and structures and have significant experience in orchestrating project teams in the field of website development. Client consultation and project management are essential components of your skill set. While experiences in traditional communication consultancy and branding are advantageous, they are not mandatory for this role.

Requirements

• Lead projects in the realm of UX/UI and websites, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of UX/UI designers, UX writers and other consultants.
• Handle user research utilizing common UX research methods such as qualitative interviews and creating guidelines.
• Create UX strategies and information architectures in alignment with strategic goals in a team setting..
• Develop project plans, engage relevant experts and oversee project steps, timelines and briefings.
• Communicate concepts, ideas and processes to our clients and steer your team through the project.
• Manage budgets and control the key account.
• Provide confident guidance to clients throughout projects, steering the project direction through strategic advice.
• Take on team leadership, fostering its development at an overarching level within the agency.

Your Profile

• You have gained experience in client consultation or strategy within an agency.
• You have led website and UX projects, are familiar with the processes involved and capable of calculating various objectives in project proposals.
• You know how to engage clients in your role as a consultant on a day-to-day basis, making the agency's services comprehensible.
• You confidently present your ideas to clients and prepare your work results in an understandable and aesthetic manner.
• You bring project management experience, an understanding of how to orchestrate a project team and share knowledge with less experienced colleagues.
• You are experienced in user research and the strategic conception of information architectures.
• You understand the dynamics of leading an interdisciplinary team and knowing the needs of developers, designers or conceptualizers throughout the project.
• You take a holistic view of communication, from the impact of simple ads to subsequent communication on websites, understanding the significance of a comprehensive user journey.
• You do not blindly conform to existing structures; instead, you aim to contribute your knowledge and experiences to elevate projects to a new level.
• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
