Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

   • Develop and implement strategic ITAM initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ITAM strategies.

2. ServiceNow Configuration and Customization:

   • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow ITAM module.
   • Ensure that the ITAM module aligns with industry best practices and meets the organization's specific needs.

3. Process Optimization:

   • Analyze existing ITAM processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
   • Implement best practices to optimize IT asset lifecycle processes and enhance overall efficiency.

4. Integration Management:

   • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITAM with other ITSM modules and third-party applications.
   • Ensure seamless data flow between ITAM and other relevant systems.

5. Governance and Compliance:

   • Establish and enforce ITAM governance policies and procedures.
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to IT asset management.

6. Documentation and Training:

   • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ITAM processes and configurations.
   • Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ITAM best practices.

7. Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow releases and updates.
   • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in ITAM practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
3. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on ITAM.
4. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITAM is highly desirable.
5. Strong understanding of ITAM processes, best practices, and industry standards.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead ITAM initiatives.
