SEO Executive

We're looking for an SEO Executive to work in harmony with our copywriters and marketing team to manage client SEO with full ownership of the account experience. Working to a client's vision and goals, you'll be devising, delivering, and managing SEO campaigns, leading keyword research, reporting on account and campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. With the power and performance of SEO, you'll have direct input into the overall content of sites and the ongoing health of client websites.

In fact, the SEO Executive role has real opportunities for real impact. You will be a key link in delivering the growth strategy for the business and will use your strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and analysis to drive success.

As an SEO Executive, you will also get to test your hand copywriting when required, using strong English skills to plug the gaps in client account activities. You'll also be able to recognise and adapt language for different audiences and cultures. Using Yoast to centralise activities, you'll also command the link-building aspect of driving search engine rankings.

You'll have top organisational skills, the ability to run projects and campaigns autonomously, and the strength to challenge and push colleagues to go-hard to ensure success. You'll be a natural relationship builder, and open to teaching others the intricacies of SEO.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
• Excellent English writing ability
• Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO
• In-depth knowledge of Yoast and Google Analytics
• Ability to recognise and adapt language to various audiences
• Knowledge of Link Building

Desirable Requirements

• 3 years of industry experience
• Google Ads experience, inc. campaign creation and management
• Copywriting skills

Offer Details

• Competitive salary - £28k-£35k dependent on experience
• Performance-related Annual Bonus
• 28 days annual leave (inc. Bank Holidays), Pension & Discount Offer
• Great Hours! Mon-Thurs 9am to 5.30pm / Fri 9am to 4:30pm
• Located in Reading, with the opportunity for some remote work
