Critical Care Resource Pool floats between the following units:

• CMICU 20 Bed Unit - Past-Cardiac Arrest, Post Cath-Lab, TAVR, Sepsis
  
• CSICU - 16 Bed Unit - Post Open Heart, Post-Thoracic Surgery, Post-General Surgery
  
• NTMICU 16 Bed Unit - Trauma, Stroke, Head Bleed, Post-Neuro Surgical

Job Requirements:

• Current or compact state RN license (Iowa).
  
• Basic Life Support certified within 6 weeks of hire.
  
• Familiarity with standard medical and nursing equipment.
  
• Proficient in English.
