Position: Marketing Specialist
Salary: $60-70k (DOE)

A Marketing Specialist opportunity in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area is now available via The Keller Group. The Marketing Specialist will take ownership for the daily strategy + execution of marketing campaigns for a hospitality brand that is growing rapidly. This role will be pivotal to the organization in terms of driving priorities, schedules, deadlines, and budgets. You will work with every person across the marketing department daily. Prior hospitality experience required!
*This is a hybrid position, so a mix of work-from-home and in-office work will be expected. For that reason, we re only able to consider local Phoenix, Arizona based candidates.
Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Oversee a variety of digital marketing and creative projects daily from beginning to end
- Provide production and trafficking of marketing collateral to support seasonal initiatives, product launches, location openings, etc.
- Work closely with internal and external teams on ensuring marketing deliverables are exceeding goals, on budget, and within timelines, etc.
- Maintain ownership of a variety of digital projects (i.e. email, social, web, analytics, content marketing, creative, etc.), as well on-premise activations and events.
- Leverage various marketing reporting platforms to read data, determine performance of campaigns, and communicate to leadership and peers accordingly.
- Willingness to flex job responsibilities and accommodate business needs outside of job description - All hands-on-deck mentality/team player!

Requirements
Marketing Specialist Qualifications:
- A Bachelor s Degree in related field of study
- 3-4 years of marketing experience within a hospitality or agency environment (servicing clients in hospitality/restaurant industry)
- Strong working knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools, with ability/desire to learn new software
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills must be willing to build strong and trusted relationship with peers and vendors
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can handle multiple projects within a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Ability to quickly shift priorities to meet deadlines based on ever-changing calendars and or needs
