Trust Estate Paralegal -Boerne

Do you have Experience working as a Probate Paralegal? Do you thrive in a growth environment? Our Probate and Estate Planning Department is looking for an additional Probate Paralegal to join our team! Previous experience in handling probate matters, empathy, and keen attention to detail are minimal requirements to join this great firm.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will include all phases of trust and estate administration, including the following: marshaling, organizing, and analyzing asset information; valuation of assets and strategizing allocation to sub-trusts; preparation of inventories, asset allocation agreements, asset transfer documents, and Judicial Council forms; researching and drafting grant deeds, trust transfer deeds, and supporting documents; drafting probate pleadings, including fiduciary reports/accounting, Spousal Property petitions, Heggstad petitions, etc.; and assisting with Estate and Gift Tax return preparation.
