Information Management Application Developer / Analyst
Working Location: Norfolk, VA, USA
Security Clearance: NATO Secret
Language: High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Education: : Bachelor s University degree in computer science or telecommunications or information systems and technology or another equivalent or closely related discipline
Experience: Within the last ten (10) years:
Minimum of seven (7) years experience in SharePoint (2013, 2016 and 2019) including database development and use
Minimum of three (3) years Experience in the field of web application development such as web design and web development for a corporate website or equivalent (SQL server and web design tools) as well as database design/integration, preferably for centralizing information for capability development
Experience with MS Project Server or other programme management tools
Minimum of one (1) years experience working with the NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model for capability development and implementation with knowledge about the Programme Management Office
Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a multinational organization or NATO Command Structure (NCS) / NATO Force Structure (NFS) and familiarity with NATO agencies role in capability development and implementation
Minimum of three (3) years experience in content management and understanding of information and knowledge management issues
Minimum of three (3) years experience with web based applications and the automated testing of web applications
DUTIES/ROLE:
Advise on PPM tools/software;
Develop and Maintain structured, user-friendly web-based applications (PMO Branch Website and Dashboards) utilizing the NATO Intranet;
Continually analyse the applications and recommend changes and required resources to ensure optimal functionality;
Provide automation tools within the applications that allow the production of required reports in order to support the information needs of internal and external entities on various command levels;
Improve synergies and integration with related Enterprise Information Management tools;
Analyse PMO business processes concerning Information Management and recommend improvements;
Act as the focal point for the management and improvement of PMO web applications;
Develop and deliver user guides for the applications.
