Attorney Personal Injury

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a small Personal Injury Law firm in the Century City area in search of a Personal Injury AttorneyYour role will encompass various aspects of personal injury law including client consultation case management negotiations and litigation You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients in a personalized and handson environment

• Meet with clients to discuss case details gather evidence and provide expert legal advice regarding potential claims and case prospects
• Take cases from complaints through expert depositions and first or secondchair trials depending on your experience level
• Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings
• Work on discovery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their concerns and keeping them informed about case progress
• Conduct research
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
  
• New and midlevel attorneys will work closely with a senior trial attorney with the goal of eventually leading their own team
• Handle personal injury litigation cases involving trucking accidents auto accidents motorcycle accidents premises claims orthopedic (extremity and spine) injuries wrongful death and TBI

• Previous experience in prelitigation or litigation personal injury cases
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines at a time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel MS Word and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a professional environment and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations including the ability to remain calm and efficient during stressful situations
