Role overview

Brandwidths Marketing Director is globally responsible for all aspects of the agencys group marketing activity according to the companys longterm strategic direction and growth goals Working in harmony with the sales and client partner teams the role involves the endtoend management of existing and potential customer journeys from lead generation to conversions by optimising our paid owned and earned channels

A profound understanding of the group companies audiences and their motivations is required to effectively communicate the uniqueness of our proposition products and services at scale to heighten awareness and drive high networth opportunities Implementing robust performance metrics and global reporting systems to gauge the efficacy of campaigns is crucial to demonstrating success in the role


As a Marketing Director at Brandwidth you will

Strategy and Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the agencysobjectives
  • Implicitly understand the groups USPs to effectively promote and crosssell products andservices
  • Careful management of the group and individual agency brand as part of a Brand ArchitectureStrategy
  • Oversee the management of the agencys digital channels including social media websites SEM Events and networking activates to optimise customer engagement and lead generation
  • Drive brand awareness and reputation by creating compelling content thought leadership and case studies per PR and channel strategies
  • Lead from the front in terms of content creation by periodically authoring relevant opinion pieces for use across PR Social and other owned channels
  • Collaborate with client teams to create client success stories (case studies) and utilise them for sales and marketing communications
  • Work with the Commercial team in the planning and execution of agency sales and marketing strategy to acquire new and develop existing opportunities
  • Effectively measure all marketing activity using a variety of tools and software to constantly evaluate the success pivoting according to effectiveness in realtime
  • Raise the profile of the agency by communicating our value proposition products services and results throughout targeted channels
  • Oversee the enhancement of processes and methodology that affect commercial performance to assist revenue growth
  • Embrace client and market intelligence to hone tactics and targeting methods to improve conversion rates with the effective interpretation and application of data
  • Ownership of agency marketing business intelligence and the regular dissemination of insights across the business

Team Performance & Collaboration

  • Lead a marketing team fostering creativity and innovation
  • Collaborate with the sales team on acquisition strategy to deliver against revenue targets
  • Support in the delivery of complex pitches by developing highvalue sales resources
  • Own the talent pathways performance reviews individual objectives and professional development for your team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats

You will bring

  • Relevant academic postgrad or vocational qualifications in marketing business or another related field/qualification
  • Experience leading and managing marketing teams guided and measured according to goals
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies channels and trends is important
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape and experience with the latest technologies to best deliver connected marketing services
  • Experience managing audience research data segmentation and contact strategies
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions track Return on investment and optimise marketing strategies for clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for internal and client
    communications including content creation and management to a high quality
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing technology tools such as CRM systems marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools
  • Ability to create management information reports to demonstrate attribution conversion rates and ROI
  • Execution experience and practical experience in managing a variety of marketing channels
