Job Description

Agent3 [part of Agent3 Group] has a mission to enable the B2B clients in the technology sector we work with, including Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NTT, to deliver Account-Based Marketing at scale and in doing so, engage, win, and grow revenue through net new target accounts and existing key accounts. In addition, we deliver game-changing market transformation programmes for our clients that change the way they position in the market, how they communicate, and how they go to market through re-engineering how they use data, creativity, and technology.

Role overview

We are looking for a Freelance Creative Traffic Manager for an initial 5-week booking starting in late December and throughout January.

Reporting to the SVP, Operations & Programmes, you will work with the global Client Services team (in EMEA, AMER & APAC) to identify the resources needed to fulfil multiple client projects, ensuring work is delivered to plan and on budget.

You will work either fully remote or hybrid in one of our UK offices.

This opportunity falls inside IR35.

As a Traffic Manager at Agent3, you will:

  • Manage a pool of staff, contractors, and freelancers to assign the right talent to the right work ahead of time
  • Ensure work is scheduled and tracked through to completion, on time and within budget
  • Identify any potential causes of delay early, act to resolve any issues, and help team members troubleshoot
  • Support and manage multiple global projects concurrently and consistently
  • Work with Traffic Managers from other specialist teams within the Agent3 Group, where required

You will bring:

  • 3+ years of project or traffic management experience at a marketing or creative agency
  • An understanding of project management methodologies and processes, including timeline management, estimating, staffing, and resource allocation
  • A working knowledge of Scoro or other project management software
  • The ability to advise partners on the best approach available, managing several projects, and prioritising competing requests
  • A sense of teamwork to power through fast growth
