The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for initiating and accomplishing projects and critical initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management methodologies to enhance process efficiency. This role actively contributes to advancing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in leading projects.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Lean deployment.
  • Mandatory Six Sigma Green Belt Certification; Black Belt certification is desirable.
  • Demonstrated comprehension of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-in-time, demand flow, Kaizen, SPC, and Six Sigma.
  • Proven capability to coach, mentor, and invigorate team members.

Essential Duties:
  • Foster day-to-day integration of continuous improvement, incorporating Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Facilitate teams engaged in process improvement, offering guidance to project team leaders.
  • Create and oversee metrics for people development, safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain the site's 12-month rolling lean implementation plan.
  • Aid leadership in strategizing, developing, coordinating, supporting, and executing improvement plans while ensuring alignment with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
