We collaborate with charitable organizations to spread the word about their programs and make a difference in the community. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. The Customer Service Representative will be the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams first point of contact. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to process donations, maintain the database, and provide excellent customer service. The Customer Service Representative will also collaborate with the Supporter Relations Manager to assist the department with a variety of tasks as needed.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities
Enthusiasm and drive for fundraising for a great cause is essential; experience of it is desirable but not required
