Transportation CAD Technician

Full-service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Transportation CAD Technician to their Indianapolis office!

Responsibilities:

• Develop/prepare engineering drawings using practice design knowledge for transportation projects
  
• Work closely with engineers and other designers to ensure coordinated design systems
  
• Compile data and perform dimensional/routine calculations required for preparation of drawings
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of drafting experience
  
• INDOT road plan development experience
  
• Proficient in Microstation V8i, or ACAD 2014 and specialized transportation design software (Geopak, InRoads, Civil 3D)
  
• Experience communicating effectively with clients
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
